Scudo Wood

SCUDO WOOD is a color protector that is applied over OXYDA and TRAVERTINO processed to create a wood effect, using the special tool ATTREZZO LEGNO (Wood Tool) in sizes 10 cm or 15 cm. This product offers the possibility to reproduce a different range of wood colors. Once applied, it leaves a semi-matte finish. On request, it can be realized in a full matte finish.

Instructions for Use:

- Make sure the support is completely dry.
- Apply one or two layers of DECOR FONDO diluted with water in the following percentages: 5-10%. Make sure the backing is completely dry.
- Apply OXYDA or TRAVERTINO (see the relevant technical sheets) and work with ATTREZZO LEGNO to create the texture of a wooden surface.
- Allow to dry completely for at least 48 hours, depending on the temperature.
- Apply a first coat of SCUDO WOOD, diluted with water 5-10%, using a short-hair roller and let it dry for 18-24 hours, depending on the temperature.
- Apply the second layer of SCUDO WOOD, ready for use and let it dry for 24-48 hours, depending on the temperature.

Note:

- If you want to achieve a melted effect, apply SCUDO WOOD in a single layer, diluted with 5-10% water using a short bristle roller and foam immediately after application using a SPUGNA IN CELLULOSA PURA.
- If you choose to apply the second layer of SCUDO WOOD, it is recommended not to dilute it with water and use a SPUGNA IN CELLULOSA PURA to foam the base in the desired color. Applying a second coat provides better coverage and a darker color compared to applying just one coat.

Allow the product to dry in both phases respecting the recommended time.
